'To Touch' was prepared as a proposal for a pavilion, which is organized every year in Vienna-Rathausplatz, to be presented to the Museumsquartier Art Council .

 

The building itself is proposed as a work of art, without any commercial purpose or interior exhibition space.

 

When creating the concept, the location where it would be built was evaluated and inspiration was drawn from the city of Vienna itself.

 

In the Building Design, answers to questions such as ''What if the city of Vienna had a soul... If it were depicted as a living angel and we interpreted this angel as a building? How would this building communicate with people and its surroundings? What kind of spaces and volumes would it create, what kind of interaction would it cause individually and collectively?'' were sought, decisions were made in this ideology in terms of concept and turned into an architectural depiction...
